These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jata9 ("jata9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://jata9.io (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, acceptance of bonuses, and all interactions with jata9's support team.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. To register and use the jata9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jata9 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You are responsible for confirming that accessing and using jata9 is not prohibited by the laws, regulations, or rules applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the jata9 Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion undertaking on jata9 or any other gambling platform where cross-exclusion obligations apply.
• Own funds: You must be betting and gaming with funds that belong to you and are not derived from unlawful activity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of account balances pending investigation.

jata9 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, during ongoing account monitoring, or following any change in account activity that requires verification. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate for age and identity verification, and recent utility bills or bank statements for address verification.

Each player is solely responsible for all activity conducted through their jata9 account. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. The following account management obligations apply to all registered players:

• Password security: You must select a strong, unique password for your jata9 account and must not share this password with any other person. jata9 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
• No account sharing: Your account is personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other individual to access or use your account, even on a temporary basis.

Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure, subject to verification and these Terms, will be processed for return to your registered payment method.

jata9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected; (c) the account may be held by a person under the age of 21; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk management or legal compliance concern for jata9.

All transactions on the jata9 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jata9 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Available payment methods may be subject to change and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jata9 BDT wallet following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. jata9 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently. Funds deposited into your jata9 wallet are held for the purpose of betting and gaming only and are not held in an interest-bearing account on your behalf.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents include proof of identity and proof of address as specified by jata9's compliance team.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that has been used to make at least one deposit on your account, where technically possible.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. The following general bonus rules apply unless otherwise specified in individual offer terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the offer terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined in each offer. jata9 reserves the right to exclude players from specific promotions at its discretion.

These game-specific rules are available within the Platform interface for each game or betting product. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not accepted until jata9's systems have confirmed the bet and issued a bet reference number. In the event of technical failure during bet placement, it is the player's responsibility to verify whether the bet was successfully recorded.
• Odds and prices: Betting odds and prices are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. jata9 reserves the right to correct clearly erroneous odds caused by human or technical error, and bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be void.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. bets already confirmed prior to suspension are valid unless otherwise specified in the game rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jata9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, withholding or forfeiture of account balances, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud jata9 or other players, including through chargebacks, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinating bets in live casino environments.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through systematic betting patterns designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, or any other form of promotional manipulation.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets using information not available to the general public, or placing bets on events where the outcome has been prearranged or manipulated.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity, or to obscure the origin of funds through gaming transactions.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by a person under 21.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected technical error may be voided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jata9 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity, whether directly or indirectly caused by Platform errors, delays, or unavailability.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages of any kind.
• Loss of data, profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or live scores, that contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Losses resulting from interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of any part of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where jata9 has taken reasonable security measures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes jata9's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. In any event, jata9's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your jata9 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

jata9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to jata9 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy and should be read alongside these Terms.

jata9 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. jata9 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

jata9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jata9 will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
